Weightlifting meet

There will be open gym Saturday 8-9am sharp. We are having a mock weightlifting meet from 9- if you’d like to participate please let us know. Everyone is welcome to stay and watch.

Warm up
10 lunges
10 hollow rocks
10 air squats
10 plank rocks
4 rounds

Strength
Pausing back squats x 3
EMOTM 10 min

Conditioning
25 burpees
100 1 arm DB snatch
100 push ups
100 air squats
100 sit ups
25 burpees
