A lot of great things coming up at the gym.
1) this weekend we have two athletes competing at the rookie rumble. We also have several athletes lifting at midtown strength and conditioning. Come out and support them
2) we will be having a Cencal family BBQ June 21st at the beach club on Benjamin holt dr.
