Arm Circles 30 fwd/bkwd

Strength
Snatch; 10 min to warm up to DM
Then EMOTM 7 min snatch x2 @80% of DM

Conditioning
5 min
5 Burpees
8 Box Jumps
Rest 1 min
5 Min
10 KBS swings
15 Push ups
Rest 1 min
5 Min
10 Wall Balls
10 Sit ups
