Barbell warm up
Muscle snatch x3
Ohs x3
Snatch x3

Strength
Snatch 5×3 around 80% effort
It’s a deload week so we will keep the lifts somewhat light

Conditioning
800m run
75 wall balls
100 double unders
50 pull ups
400m run
25 Burpees
