Mondays are awesome

Yeah I said it mondays are awesome! Why are mondays awesome you ask. Because its a new week that we get to Lift, Sweat, Share stories with our gym family and embrace the struggle of training we all go through. So today instead of being mad that I have to get up, rather I will accept with open arms a fresh slate of workouts, weekly training goals to reach and weekly personal/professional goals to meet.

I post this Video of Drew not because this is any crazy amount of weight, in fact this was a sub maximal weight for him. I post this as a tribute to what hard work and dedication to the process produces. We get a ton of questions regarding lifting technique etc. the thing is technique like this does not happen overnight it takes time and effort. So rather than going into the in-depth dissection of the lift. Lets just appreciate what it looks like when done correctly.

Ok were almost done with the Juggernaut program in fact we are 3 weeks from finishing it. But don’t worry we have a new plan we will be rolling out right after we complete Juggernaut. Its going to be awesome you guys will be getting freaky strong and lean in the next program.
