Hip hircles

Squat hold 2 min (hold bottom of the squat use a pole or anything stable. While your in the bottom try to push  your hips forward and keep your chest tall) 

200 jump rope 

25 squats 

STRENGTH SQUATS 

Front squat 5×1 @ 92% 

Back squat 5×1 @ 92%

CONDITIONING

50-40-30-20-10

Wall ball 

Push up 

KB swing
