How do you celebrate your PRs? Big or small enjoy the journey and embrace the process. Take time to reflect on this path were all on together. Training hard and working out can be fun and rewarding. Sit back relax and enjoy the ride, we only get one shot at this life so lets do it big!

Warm Up

  • Jump rope 5 min
  • Box Step work tabata

Strength

  • Bench Press 5×3 @ 84%

Conditioning

  • Shuttles 5-10yds x 15 reps (10 sit ups every round)

ROM

  • Straddle x 3 min
  • Saddle x 3 min
  • Twisted Cross x 2 min ea
  • Butterfly Stretch x 3 min
