this week will be a Deload week before we retest next week 

Warm up

  • Jump rope 5 min 
  • 10 hollow rocks 
  • 20 lunges 
  • 3 rounds 

Strength 

  • Front squat 5×5 @50%
  • Back squat 5×5 @ 50%

Conditioning 

  • 400m run 
  • 25 push ups 
  • 25 sit ups
  •      5 rounds
