  • Jump rope high knees x 5 min 

STRENGTH

  • Push Press 5×3 @ 80% 

CONDITIONING 

  • Backward sled pulls x 40 yds 
  • Air Squats x 20
  • Burpees x 10
  •    Amap 20 min
