WARM UP

  • 50 jumping jacks 
  • 25 air squats 
  • 10 push ups 
  •       3 rounds.  

STRENGTH

  • Press 5×3 @ 95%

CONDITIONING 

  • Low sled push 10×40 yds (heavy sled)
  • 4×400 m repeats (try to beat your previous time, for every failed attempt 25 burpees immediately after run)
