10am sports performance

4pm conditioning

4:30pm sports performance 

5pm, 6pm, 7pm conditioning

WARM UP 

  • Slingshot hip circle
  • Air squat x 20 
  • Push up x 20
  • Hollow rock x 10 
  •       3 rounds

STRENGTH

  • Squat 3×10 @87%

CONDITIONING

  • 5 pull ups 
  • 10 push ups
  • 15 wall balls 
  •       Amap 20 min
