  • Frog stretch and pigeon pose as needed
  • arm circles fwd/bkwd x30

Barbell snatch warm up

  • Muscle snatch x3
  • Pwr snatch x3
  • Ohs x3

3 sets

Strength 

  • 5-6 working sets (not including warm ups) of pwr snatch x2 + ohs

Conditioning 

  • 5rds
  • 5 pwr snatch 50/30 60/35
  • 5 ohs 
  • 5 pull ups
