  • Slingshot hip circle warm up
  • Hip circle squats x 20
  • Lateral walks x 20 steps ea way

STRENGTH 

  • Box Squats 8×3 1 min rest between sets 

CONDITIONING 

  • 30-20-10
  • Thrusters 
  • Pull ups 
  • Finish w 800m run and 1000m row
