WARM UP 

  • Hip cross x 20
  • Leg swing x 20

STRENGTH 

  • Pausing deadlift x 2 EMOTM 10 min
  •       (Pull deadlift to knee hold for 2 sec and finish the lift) 

CONDITIONING

  • 1 mile run
  • 25 thrusters 20/15
  • 1200m run
  • 25 thrusters
  • 800m run
  • 25 thrusters
  • 400m run
  • 25 thrusters
  • 200m run
  • 25 thruster

We will need to start conditioning by the :25 min mark of the class!!! Get in get moving and crush it.
