  • Childs pose 2 min 
  • Squat hold 2 min 
  • Banded lay stretch 1 min a side 

Barbell warm up

  • Muscle clean x3
  • Clean x3 
  • FS x3

Strength 

  • Clean + 2 FS. Every 90 secs for 7 sets 

Conditioning 

  • 5 rds 
  • 5 deadlifts 80/45 +100/60
  • 7 hspu
  • 35 doubles unders 

Finish with 4-6 intervals on bike or rower
