warm up 

  • Childs pose 2 min 
  • Banded lat stretch 1 min per side 
  • Wall calf stretch 1 min per side 

Barbell warm up 

  • 3 muscle cleans 
  • 3 cleans 
  • 3 FS 
  • 3 sets 

Strength 

  • Clean deadlift + hang clean up to DM. Dropsets clean 5-7 sets @70% of DM 

Conditioning 

  • 5 min 
  • 35 double unders 
  • 15 push press 50/25

1 min rest 

  • 5 min 
  • 5 cleans 60/35 
  • 10 t2b 
  • Finish with  8-10 rds of intervals 20/20
