  • Banded pull aparts x20 fwd, oh, and diagonal 
  • Couch stretch 1 min per leg 

Barbell warm up 

  • Muscle snatch x3
  • Ohs x3
  • Snatch x3 
  • 3 sets 

Strength 

  • Every 1 1/2 minute snatch + 2 ohs 7 sets 

Conditioning 

  • 25 double unders 
  • 3 pwr snatches 50/25 +60/35
  • 5 pull ups
  • 8 Burpees
  • 200 m run
  • 5 rds
