Barbell warm up 

  • Muscle clean x3
  • Clean x3 
  • FS x3 
  • 3 sets 

Strength 

  • Every min and a half 1 clean + 2 FS for 7 sets. 

Conditioning

  • 39 double unders 
  • 39 kbs 
  • 39 push ups 
  • 39 cleans 40/20
  • 39 box jumps 
  • 39 push press 
  • 39 kb high pulls 
  • 39 squat jumps 
  • 39 ghd sit ups 
  • 390 m run
