Strength 

  • Clean x3 50,60,70,75, 80, 80% 

Conditioning 

  • 15 min amrap
  • 10 lunges 5 per leg 
  • 8 t2b 
  • 6 push press 50/30 +60/40
  • 4 Burpees 
  • 2 cleans
