  • Band Lat stretch 1 min per side
  • Squat hold 2 min 

Barbell warm up

  • Muscle clean x3 
  • Clean x3 
  • Push press x3 
  • 3 sets 

Strength 

5 sets up to days max clean deadlift+ hang clean +jerk 

Conditioning 

  • 40-30-20-10
  • Single arm dumbbell thruster half reps per side 
  • See the lights 
  • Bw squats 
  • Sit ups
