Barbell warm up

  • Muscle clean x3
  • Clean x3 
  • Push press x3
  • 3sets 

Strength 

  • Pause clean (below knee) + FS + push press 5-7 sets

Conditioning

  • 21-15-9 
  • Push press 60/35 +70/45
  • T2b 
  • Deadlift
