Warm up 

  • Childs pose as needed 
  • Pigeon pose as needed 

Barbell warm up 

  • Muscle clean x3
  • Clean x3
  • FS x3 
  • 3 sets 

Strength 

  • Clean pull + hang clean + FS 5-7 sets

Conditioning 

  • 20 min
  • 5 pull ups 
  • 10 push ups 
  • 15 squats
  • 200 m run every 3 rds completed
