Warm up 

  • Child pose as needed 
  • Pigeon pose as needed 
  • Runner stretch as needed

Barbell warm up 

  • Muscle clean x3
  • Clean x3
  • Jerk x3
  • 3 sets 

Strength 

  • Clean pull + clean + jerk 5-7 sets 

Conditioning 

  • 800 m run 
  • 50 Burpees 
  • 50 pull ups 
  • 50 lunges per leg 
  • 50 sit ups 
  • 400m run
