Barbell 

  • Muscle clean x3
  • Clean x3
  • Push press x3 
  • 3 sets 

Strength 

  • EMOTM 1/2 2 clean + 2 push press 

Conditioning

  • 15 box jump overs

  • 10 pp
  • 10 Burpees
