  • Frog stretch as needed
  • Runners stretch as needed

Barbell warm up

  • Muscle snatch x3
  • Snatch x3
  • Snatch balance x3 
  • 3 sets 

Strength 

  • Snatch + snatch balance + overhead squat 5-7 sets

Conditioning 

  • 200m run 
  • 3 power snatch 50/25 60/35
  • 6 ohs
  • 9 box jumps 
  • 5 rds
