:

400 m run 50 high knees

50 butt kickers

50 toe touch jumping jacks

20 good mornings

20 lateral lunges

STRENGTH

Back squat x 5 emotm 7 min

CONDITIONING

2 rounds, 

1.5 min per movement for max reps 

30 sec rest after each movement 

-Double unders

-Box jumps/step ups24/20

-Hand stand push ups

-Goblet squats 53/35

-Wall balls
