  • 100 jump rope
  • 50 jumping jacks 
  • 2 rds 
  • Childs pose as needed 
  • Frog stretch as needed 

Barbell warm up 

  • Muscle snatch x3 
  • Ohs x3 
  • Snatch x3 

Strength 

  • Hang snatch x2  + ohs 5-7 sets

Conditioning 

  • 200m 
  • 30 kbs swings 
  • 20 Burpees
  • 10 pull ups 
  • 5rds
