Mon tues & wen  5,6,9am sports performance 10am 4,5,6,7pm 

Thurs 5,6,9 no sports or evening classes

Closed Friday and Saturday 

Warm up: 5 minutes of Row/bike

2x, 

30 high knees 

30 butt kickers

30 high kicks

20 squats

20 mountain climbers

20 squats

STRENGTH 

Front squat x 3 emotm 7 min

CONDITIONING 

50-40-30-20-10 

-Double unders

-Sit ups 

*After each set 

-6 Clean and Jerks 135/95
