From now through March 1st I have 15 spots open for new clients. If your a member of our gym were looking to you guys to fill these spots with friends and family. We feel we are a community of people who lift a lot and love a lot. We’re a family so why not introduce this family to your friends and family. 

WARM UP 10 min

  • 50 jumping jacks 
  • 50 arm circles 
  • 10 push ups 
  • 200 m run 
  •   x 3

STRENGTH 20 min 

  • High hang snatch 6×2@70%

Or
PRECONDITIONING 20 min

  • 5 push ups
  • 10 squats
  • 15 mountain climbers per leg 

CONDITIONING 

  • EMOM 17 min
  • 1 ohs 60/35
  • 10 kb swings 
  • 10 sit ups
