  •      Then 
  • 10 push ups 
  • 10 squat jumps 
  •    3 rounds

STRENGTH 

  • Push press x 3 EMOM 10 min 
  •     Build up in weight 

CONDITIONING 

  • For time, fast and heavy:
  • 21 dumbbell thrusters
  • Run 400 meters
  • 18 dumbbell thrusters
  • Run 400 meters
  • 15 dumbbell thrusters
  • Run 400 meters
  • 12 dumbbell thrusters
