  • TRX squat to row x 15 
  • TRX lateral lunge x 10 
  •    3 rounds 

STRENGTH 

  • Squats x 3 EMOTM 10 min 

CONDITIONING 

Wod 1- 4x 

30 double unders

20 push press 40/20

10 dips ring/box

-Rest 2 minutes 

Wod 2- 3x 

30 box jumps

20 Deadlifts

10 OH Barbell lunges
