  • Spades=burpees
  • Hearts=box jump
  • Diamonds=push ups
  • Clubs=knees to elbows
  • King= 5 Deadlift
  • Queen=5 Squats
  • Ace=10 GHD Sit up 
  • Joker=400 m run
