  • 10 min jump rope 
  • Every fail 10 hollow rocks 10 lunges per leg

ENDURANCE 

  • Airdyne 1 min 
  • 20 air squats
  • 10 push up

STRENGTH 

  • Touch and go cleans x 3 EMOM 
  •      Build to max weight 

CONDITIONING 

  • 1 min max KB swing
  • 1 min max push up 
  • 1 min max Burpee 
  • 1 min rest 
  •     5 rounds
