  •   Tucks x 10
  •   Jacks to pikes x 10 
  •   Side plank jacks x 10 ea

CONDITIONING 

  • Friday:

  • 15 step ups each leg
  • 15 wall balls 
  • Then immediately
  • 5 RFT
  • 200 m run
  • 15 deadlift 60/35
  • 10 hang power clean 60/35
  • 5 push press 60/35
