  • TRX squat + push up + tricep ext x 12
  • 50 jump ropes 

STRENGTH 

  • Front squat x 3  7 rounds 
  •      Every 90 sec build in weight 

CONDITIONING 

  • 15-12-9-6-3
  • Power Cleans 60/30
  • Pull ups
  • KB swings 53/35
  • Box Jumps
