FRIDAY SCHEDULE: 5,6,9am. 

Warm up:

  • 5 min jump rope
  • 4x 
  • 10 good mornings
  • 10 squats
  • 10 push ups
  • 10 lateral lunges
  • 10 mountain climbers

Strength:

  • Push Press x 3 
  •   In 15 min build s high as you can

CONDITIONING 

  • 20 min AMRAP :
  • -5 Hang Clean 60/35
  • 10 push press
  • 15 front squat
