WARM UP

  • Foam roll upper back 
  • Foam roll it bands 
  •     Then
  • Snatch DL x 10
  • Snatch high pull x 10
  • Hang snatch x 10
  •      3 rounds w empty barbell 

STRENGTH

  • Snatch from hip 
  • Snatch from knee
  • Snatch from floor
  • Build as high as you can in 15 min

CONDITIONING 

  • 10 min AMRAP 
  • 10 wall balls
  • 20 double unders
  • -2 minute rest-
  • 10 minute AMRAP
  • 10 deadlifts
  • 10 DB snatch
