  • 10 banded good morning 
  • 10 TRX rows 
  •     3 rounds 

ENDURANCE 

  • 1 mile run for time. 

STRENGTH 

  • Deadlift build to a 5rm in 15 min 

CONDITIONING 

  • 20 min AMRAP
  • 5 Bear Complexes 60/35
  • 15 Burpees 
  • 30 Double Unders
