  • Row 500 m 
  • Airdyne 2 min 
  • 50 jump ropes 
  •    2 rounds 

STRENGTH 

  • Every 90 sec for 10 rounds 
  • Deadlifts x 3 

CONDITIONING 

  • EMOTM 20 minutes 
  • Even 8 burpees
  • Odd 30 double unders
