  • 10 TRX atomic push up 
  • 10 TRX press outs
  • 50 jump rope 
  •   3 rounds 

STRENGTH

  • Push press 
  •    Build to 3rm in 15 min 

CONDITIONING 

  • 50 double Unders 
  • 40 KB high pull
  • 30 push ups 
  • 20 squats  
  • 10 burpees 
  •     Work down then work all the way back up
