  •    Then 
  • 30 mountain climbers 
  • 20 lunges
  • 10 squats    
  •    2 rounds 

STRENGTH 

  • Front Squat x 3
  •     Build to a heavy set in 15 min 

CONDITIONING 

  • 7 rounds 
  • 3 power cleans 90/60
  • 3 front squats 90/60
  • 3 push jerks 90/60
  •     6 strict hspu/elevated push ups
