WARM UP

  • Roll out/mobilize 10 min 
  • 400m run 
  • Elevated box handstand walks x 20

STRENGTH 

  • Deadlift x 3
  • EMOM 10 min 

CONDITIONING 

  • 20 Min EMOTM
  • Odd – 12 OH lunges w/ plate. 20/15
  • Even – 10 Pull Ups 
  • (If you do not complete reps in minute, 10 penalty burpees for each minute not complete)
