  • Snatch Complex e90sec x 6 sets
  • Snatch pull x 1
  • Hang snatch x 1
  • Snatch x 1 
  • Wall walk x 2

CONDITIONING 

  • 100 T2B
  • Every time you drop
  • – 10 burpees & 200 m run.
