WARM UP

  • Roll low back/it bands
  • 400 M run
  •    Then 
  • 30 sec plank 
  • 50 jumping jacks 
  •     3 rounds 

STRENGTH

  • 15 TRX inverted rows
  • 5 KB complex per leg 
  • 20 RKB swing 
  •     5 rounds
  • Rest as needed between. Sets 

CONDITIONING 

  • 50 pull ups
  • 30 double unders
  • 50 box jumps
  • 30 double unders
  • 50 DB thrusters 
  • 30 double unders 
  • 50 OH lunges w plate 
  • 30 double unders 
  • 50 Wall balls
  • 30 double unders
