  • Standing Toe touch x 15
  •    Then
  • 30 sec jumping jack 
  • 30 sec plank
  • 30 sec glute bridge 
  •      4 rounds 

Strength 

  • 5×5 back squat 

Conditioning 

10-20-30-40-50

  • Air squats 
  • Russian twists per side 
  • Double Unders
