STRENGTH   

  • Deadlift 5×5

CONDITIONING 

  •  3x 
  • 10 power cleans 60/35
  • 8 toes to bar
  • 6 DB snatches 
  • 4 pistols (per leg)
  • 2 bear complex 
  • 200 m farmer carry (53/35)
