6am and 9am 

WARM UP

  • TRX Row x 10
  • KB high pulls x 15 
  • Plank hold on foam roller x 30 sec 
  •    4 rounds 

STRENGTH

  • Front squat x 3
  • 15 min to build up to a heavy set 

CONDITIONING 

  • 5x
  • 30 OH walking lunges w/ plate 20/10
  • 30 Double Unders
  • 30 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls
  • 30 DB Snatches 45/20
