WARM UP 

  • TRX Knee in corner x 30 sec per side 
  • TRX Figure 4 Squats x 10 ea
  • TRX Atomic Crunch x 20 reps
  • Foam roller plank x 30 sec 
  • Hanging leg raise x 10
  •    3 rounds 

STRENGTH 

  • Box squat x 3 EMOM 10 min
  • Build in weight 

CONDITIONING 

  • 30 front squats 
  • 30 burpees 
  • 200 m oh plate lunge 
  •      5 rounds 
  • This is done with a partner. Split up the work how you see fit.
