  • TRX Sampson Lunge x 1 min ea side
  •     Then
  • TRX Push up x 10
  • MB 1 leg RDL X 10 leg 
  • SB Roll outs x 10
  •    4 rounds 

STRENGTH

  • Clean Complex 
  •    Deadlift 
  •    Hang clean 
  •    Push press
  •        Build up in 15 min

CONDITIONING 

  • KB front squat x 10
  • Push up x 10
  •      6 rounds EMOM 
  • Hang Clean x 10
  • Double unders x 20
  •     6 rounds EMOM
