STRENGTH

CONDITIONING 

  • 10 Toes to bar 
  • 9 wall balls
  • 8 bar dips/box dips
  • 7 chest to bar pull ups
  • 6 TRX chest press
  • 5 hand stand push ups
  • 4 sdlhp 60/40
  • 3 wall walks
  • 2 pistols
  • 1 bear complex 
  •     25 min AMAP.
